Return Policy

Items Damaged in Shipping

All items damaged during transit must be reported to carrier immediately.  Please inform us of items damaged during shipping within 7 days of the confirmed day of reciept.

Other Return

Please check all shipments as soon as you recieve them.  If the order is incorrect or defective, please notify us by phone immediately.  All returns must have prior authorization before being shipped back to us.  To recieve proper credit, all returns must be in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of the invoice date.  A 10% restocking fee will be levied.

Engraved, printed, or otherwise personalized items cannot be returned.
